Helix Hire was proud to participate in the recent Recruitment Agency Expo 2022 at Birmingham’s NEC. Well attended by a range of service providers in the recruitment industry, the Expo spanned over two days. The overall onus of the Expo was very much focused on how recruitment agencies can adapt to the powerful wave of financial and political changes we’re witnessing globally, and the impact this will have on us nationally as we move into 2023. Understanding how to manoeuvre with the key changes is at the heart of sustainable growth for any industry and we are particularly seeing important advances in recruitment technology reflecting the ways in which agencies are gearing their services towards recruitment needs on an international basis. One primary area that Helix Hire has been focusing on is developing its own brand based on growth we’re experiencing in our international presence. We foresee that expansion of the services we offer will place more emphasis on developing relationships with our international candidates and clients. We believe that attracting and placing a diversity of quality candidates is imperative to the ways and expectations the UK workforce is changing, whether that’s with regards to race, the LGBTQIA+ community, disability or any other groups experiencing inequality. The way forward is to acknowledge that flexibility and inclusion are key, and it’s going to be by spending more time building our company’s niche in this area that we will endeavour to create stronger connections with those we work, ensuring that the recruitment process of the future is a meaningful and validated experience where both candidates’ and clients’ concerns and requirements regarding the whole process of forming a productive workforce are listened to and heard.
